Small Enrollment

We believe that the DEEP WOODS Camp Philosophy is best implemented with a small enrollment. Capacity of camp is 28 campers and 8 Rangers. Age range of the campers is 10 to 14. The Ranger Program includes boys 15, 16, and 17.

No Experience Necessary

DEEP WOODS provides the experience, and we only expect our campers to provide their enthusiasm and interest and willingness to try something new. Many campers have never carried a backpack or paddled whitewater. Most have never done any rock climbing. Few have pitted themselves against the challenges of the outdoors. This is as we expect it to be, and it is with this inexperience in mind that we design our program for new campers. New and old alike find growth at DEEP WOODS.
